Friday the 26th was very stormy. We had several tornadoes spotted in the area, but miraculously Lincoln wasn’t hit. Unfortunately, the town just east: Waverly was.
The owner of the property where my bees are located informed me that they were okay, so I waited until today to check the hives
They are in good shape. I didn’t open them since I checked them after work and wasn’t dressed for it, but they all seem fine.
i plan on opening the boxes on the next nice day so that I can add an additional brood box to each hive
